Simple really.
Credit scores are based on the following factors;
1. Payment history 35%
2. Time in bureau 15%
3. Types of credit 10%
4. New credit 10%
5. Debt to credit ratio 30%
And what most people don’t know is it’s based on the last 24-months of activity so if you have not purchased or paid for anything since your last card closed you don’t have anything for the system to generate a score with.
Silly, why did you close your credit card accounts?
Length of credit history is 15% of your fico score

I am assuming you got your credit report from annualcreditreport.com
this will only give you the report a score requires payment.
This is because you have nothing on credit at the moment.
