Send all three credit bureaus a letter via Certified Mail + Return Receipt. Include a photocopy of your driver’s license and circle your date of birth. In the letter, simply state:
Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am requesting validation that I was of legal age (not a minor) when this alleged debt in the public records section was incurred
