672 isnt great, but is better than mine. I am using IMT to get my scores up. They can get erroneous, obsolete and inaccurate items deleted from your credit reports. The link I used is http://www.imtcredit.com/elt – good luck to you.
Ok a lot of people will tell you this is good / bad score, truth is it is neither. I assume this score is from experian / Equifax, neither of these lend money and as such it is of little use.
How a potential lender may view it :-
No job history – bad
limited credit – bad
student loans – indifferent
no job student limited work history – bad
You are currently a high risk.
want to improve this get a fixed address get a job. Maintain credit payments do not get into to much debt.
Once working for 4 – 6 months if you need credit apply to your own bank they may give u a card based on your accounts with them run this well and this will start improving your score.
the 672 means nothing without seeing their scoring system and cut off point. Most credit issuers use their own scoring system and have diferent cut off points for ther products although currently the best credit facilities would not be available to you.
