No you won’t affect your credit score, (FICO) or rating with your inquiry at all. It’s good that you’re checking your credit report more than annually. Credit reports should be reviewed at least quarterly because you don’t want to be surprised when you apply for a loan and are turned down because of errors on your credit report or identity theft, etc.
