Well besides First Premier you can try Orchard Bank, H.S.B.C. and Capital One they are all pretty good about giving cards to people with damaged credit.
If your credit is really that awful, I would say go for a secured credit card. Just make sure that the secured card that you do get reports to the credit bureaus. Otherwise, it probably won’t help your credit score much at all.
